World Models, Built for Medicine

Evidium introduces
Computational Medical Intelligence

We build AI systems that represent the dynamics of medical conditions, what drives transitions between states, and how interventions can change outcomes.

We represent clinical knowledge and real-world observations in a shared computational substrate. State-transition models — grounded in explicit clinical evidence and calibrated on real-world data — encode the dynamics of healthcare as first-order, with language as descriptive. This enables both foundation and condition-specific models to reason over patient state, progression, and intervention.

As well as accessing Evidium directly via our own product experiences and API, customers can utilize their preferred LLM and agentic frameworks for synthesis and interaction.

Evidium integrates as the world model foundation beneath them.

Our models deliver higher accuracy, greater stability, and fully actionable outputs. Insights continuously improve through real-world use and validation. The result is a computable map of medicine — one that improves with every patient, every deployment, every outcome observed.

Data privacy: Customer data is never used to train shared or foundation models and is never exposed across organizations.

IP: Evidium's technology is protected by multiple issued and pending patents.

Team: Our AI research and engineering team is based onsite in San Francisco. We seek researchers, engineers, and applied scientists who take an epistemological approach to their work.
